When you use Glow Me Up, we collect the following information you voluntarily submit:

• Email address — to deliver your analysis results
• Dating profile bio text — the written bio you want analyzed and improved
• Profile photos — photos you upload for AI ranking and feedback
• Optional context questions — answers about your dating goals (optional, to improve analysis quality)

We also automatically collect standard technical data:

• IP address and browser type (for security and fraud prevention)
• Pages visited and session data (via anonymous cookies for analytics)

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely to provide the Service:

• Profile bio — sent to Anthropic Claude AI to generate your rewritten bio and actionable feedback
• Photos — sent to Anthropic Claude AI for ranking and photo feedback; deleted from our servers after analysis is complete
• Email — used to deliver your results and, if you opt in, occasional tips about improving your dating profile

We do not sell your data. We do not use your dating profile content for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. Data Retention

• Photos — deleted from our servers after your analysis is processed (typically within minutes of purchase)
• Bio text and results — retained for up to 90 days so you can re-access your results, then deleted
• Email address — retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
• Analytics data — anonymized session data retained for up to 12 months for product improvement

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the Service:

• Anthropic Claude — AI analysis engine. Your bio and photos are processed by Anthropic's API. Anthropic's privacy policy applies: anthropic.com/privacy
• Stripe — Payment processing. We never store your payment card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies: stripe.com/privacy
• Render — Cloud hosting provider where our servers run

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit and secure server infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Photos are temporarily stored only as long as needed for processing and are deleted immediately after your analysis is complete.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your data at any time
• Opt out of marketing emails by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email we send

7. Children's Privacy
