These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Glow Me Up ("Service"), operated at glowmeup.life. By purchasing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

Glow Me Up provides a one-time AI-powered dating profile analysis. After submitting your dating bio, answers to optional context questions, and up to 3 profile photos, you receive:

• An AI-rewritten version of your dating bio
• Specific, actionable feedback on your current profile
• A ranked order of your photos with brief explanations

The analysis is delivered digitally within minutes of payment confirmation, to the email address you provide.

2. Pricing & Payment

The Service costs $10 USD as a one-time payment. No subscription, no recurring charges.

• Payment is processed securely by Stripe
• You will be charged at the time of checkout
• All prices are in US dollars

3. Refund Policy

If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your results (e.g., you did not receive your analysis email), contact us at glowmeup@polsia.app within 7 days and we will resolve it or issue a refund at our discretion.

Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with the AI's suggestions or because the advice was not followed.

4. No Guarantee of Dating Outcomes

Dating success depends on many factors entirely outside our control. Our Service is an informational tool only — acting on the recommendations is at your sole discretion.

5. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this Service. By submitting payment, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to cancel orders and issue refunds if we determine a user is under 18.

6. Acceptable Use

By using Glow Me Up, you agree that you will not:

• Submit content that belongs to another person without their permission
• Upload photos or bios on behalf of someone who has not consented
• Attempt to abuse or exploit the Service (e.g., repeated submissions, automated requests)
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Submit content that is obscene, harassing, or violates third-party rights

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for violations of these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The AI-generated analysis and rewritten bio produced for you are yours to use freely. You retain all rights to your original submitted content (bio, photos). We do not claim ownership of your submitted materials.

The Glow Me Up brand, website design, and proprietary software remain our intellectual property.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Glow Me Up shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid ($10 USD).

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
